National Fancy Dress Day - April 3rd

Its a long time ago since the first National Fancy Dress Day... so I thought I would revive it! April the 3rd is now the date which will become the OFFICIAL NATIONAL FANCY DRESS DAY
Its been on my mind for a while now and was inspired by watching people wear the same things everyday with no individuality. People usually wear Fancy Dress for charity or to a party... now they have a day to enjoy wearing crazy outfits, just because. Well why not eh? At least it will brighten up my birthday! :o)

Oh la la!

Just returned from a few days in La Provance de France. The aeroplane took three attempts to land in severe stormy weather conditions and there was a moment when life looked a little bleak but after crash landing all was fine! I was staying in a 1000 year old Chateaux which has been under both French and English command! An amazing place, it is filled to the brim with strange and unusual artifacts including this crocodile whic was stolen by theives and mysteriously returned months later.

Uncle Rob's day out!

Here are three of my Neices on Brittas Bay beach, in Ireland, where we spent quite some time collecting shells and stones. We ate grown up meals for lunch and then off to the cinema to watch Enchanted. We managed to spill popcorn everywhere but that always happens to me. They have all become excellent at pool since Santa bought a table down the chimney!

Holy Snakes!

A few nights ago I had the pleasure of looking after Sydney the Snake... At the moment this photo was taken he was starting to wrap himself round my neck so that he could eat me for dinner. Normaly I admit to a slight fear of snakes like Syd but he was well behaved and, well, quite sweet really!

Happy New Year from Fox Manor

Wishing you all a very Happy and Prosporous 2008... Good luck with any resolutions you may have. I've done the smoking one save the odd Cigar and the occasional pipe. It seems the government is making it easier to quit due to the ban although I fear with all new the restrictions and bans being inforced it may just be a matter of time before human beings are, themselves, banned from existance! Personaly I prefer living in the "Olden Days" with a glass of Sherry, some chestnuts and the occasional ghost popping in for a wee spot of Wooooooing :o)

Merry Christmas

With candy canes and wooden balls and underneath a mountain of toys its a thrill to see for all who come, there's something there for everyone! I wasn't going to have tree but when I said this to my Angel she flew down and made it happen causing quite a stir in the local area (It's not often they see angels around here) It's 9 ft tall and is standing very proud in a window bay that seems to have been specially made for the job. Wishing you all a wonderful festive time full of big fat stockings and Xtra helpings of everything X

The Fabulous Flutterbee Outfit

Cristmas is a busy time of year for most people including Elves and Pixies. I have many diffrent guises but this one is my favorate at this time of year. Made with much love and magic over 23 moons by none other than the now Infamous Pirate of the Seas, Flutterbee the First. Many have been entrances by its flashing lights and pretty colours and some will never be the same again. It's been a wonderful month and I have entertained folk from all angles of life. From a party of 2000 Girls at Pasha to a small gathering of Millionaires in Devon. A few nights ago I was asked to produce two Diamond rings for a Silver Wedding Party... when the pound coin the wife was holding turned into a 25 diamond ring the atmosphere was pure magic... the perfect time to dissappear!

A Victorian Christmas

Last week I worked three days at a Victorian Christmas Fair in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The atmosphere was magical with hundreds of people dressed up in traditional costume. The streets were filled with kids playing traditional games and horses, penny farthings, roast chestnut vendors, marching bands, mulled wine shops, old wenches, tramps, punch and Judy, a clockwork soldier and even Queen Victoria made a few appearences! The weather was really bad at times but there was a great indoor market which made a perfect place to shelter and pick a few pockets. I bought a walking cane which is also three flutes and a hollow book to keep treasure in! :o)

Bella Italia

This week I flew to Italy between jobs and caught up on the last 8 years with my God Brother Ali. I flew with Air France and missed my transfer at Charles De Gaul airport as their plane came in late so spent 6 hours kicking my heels about the place. I was sooo tempted to buy a PSP! We played lots of Golf in Italy on a fabulous course and were very well matched (see photo) I returned to the UK only to discover that my car had been the victim of a hit and run, probably a big lorry judgeing by the rip down the side! Had an interesting job in Reading last night working with Sigfried the singing Reindeer and a Christmas tree and a Fairy on stilts... !

Black Bella

Ahh, the country life! Hacking over the Moors, drinking Sherry and shooting Peasants on Sundays are among my many new found hobbies. Here is a photo of me mounted upon my noble stead, the infamous Black Bella - NightMare of the Moor. She can go from walk to gallop in the blink of an eye, out run any farmer on a quad bike, play poker terribly well and even fly if she wants too! Tally Ho!

Happy Halloween!

Good luck if you run into any of these guys!

Dartmoor Beasts

Dartmoor has become my rediscovered kingdom. I spend much of my free time exploring and photographing the wonders it beholds for those wishing to find them. I love being able to drive alongside a heard of horses and throw them a carrot or two and stoping to chat to the sheep about the latest news. Walking on the moors by moonlight is another thrill with shillouetts of giant beasts appearing amidst the fog and then Mooooing loudly, scaring the begeeebers outta ya before wandering off to find another victim!

Harry the Wonder Dog

Harry the Wonderdog is here! Sallie and Duncan's baby Harry is a true joy to watch and his energy lights up any room he enters. Being both a true gentleman and a playful young scamp, he will make friends anywhere and even eats at the table, drinks sherry, plays scrabble and uses the lavratory putting the seat down afterwards. You can see him in action here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6oE_uwPr_U

Story time with the Fox!

When I used to watch people from the "outside world" come in and talk to us in school assembly I never could have imagined that one day it would be me. The time had come for me to be the special guest story teller and spread the word of water to the masses! Joined by a 7 foot entorange of 5 massive super heros to assist with the story of the H20 gang and their invisible dog, Splash. Great fun!

Russia Tour 2007

It was a crazy trip this year and I had to sign a power of attourney and appoint a solicitor to represent me in court the morning I made it out of Moscow back to the UK!

Highlights were;

Teaching loads of children to Juggle.
The 36 hr train ride down south from Moscow to Vladikavkas.
Buying an electric rabbit and dog that I whipped with a ribbon stick on stage as they performed tricks and acts of deviance.
Getting arrested by local police and held in a headmasters office for 4 hours while KGB, a solicitor, lots more policemen and a chicken arrived.
We took a trip 4 hours into the mountains and then had lunch in the middle of them (the Mountains) Lunch was as fresh as can be. A sheep bubbling away in a pot to greet us!

New Olimpic Sport - Pig Gymkhana

One of my God Mother's piggy wiggies in training for the new olimpic sporting bid - Pig gymkhana. Its never been done before and its the latest proposal from the NFU and mayor of London to encourage the city's massive transport network back to traditional methods with a strong environmental message... "Don't eat them, fleet them", Other animals are to include Cows (with horns not bells) Sheep, and Geese!

Poker is my new game!

I don't really play poker but some of my friends were in a 36 player game so I decided to have a go. Five hours later I had made it to the "Top" table and was surrounded by a crowd of spectators. Needless to say I ended up winning the game, the trophy and £85 much to mine and many other's suprise!

Laughter in the name of the Law!

These Big Green Gathering kids tried to read my future with the help of some tarrot cards and a book. When their patience started running out they stole my hat and one tried to bite me! Everyone was laughing so i guess it wasn't so bad and I did get my hat back, eventually!

Sharing a joke around a giant table and chairs made from a 200 yr old tree that grew up in a grave yard. I was interviewing these guys on their spirituality and beliefs... the table and chairs is for sale at 20k (I have the details if anyone is interested, it would look great on the patio!)

Brighton Festival 2007

This is from a program for "The Big Splash" to mark the end of the Brighton Festival 07. Sadly it rained quite alot on the day but fun was still had and I compared a gint Pinata contest which kept the dampness amused. Lots of sweet crazed kids whacking the pinata with a large stick for ages! In the end I had to get the biggest guy from the audience to smak the S**t out of it untill all the sweets burst out onto the floor which soon became a sea of rats in children form!

Magic

I have been practising the fine art of Magic my whole life. Any real magician will tell you that the secret to performing real Magic is within us all... you just have to find it again and start using it! Simple when you remember how... If you need some help then read a book called "Unlock the Magic of your mind" by Al Koran.
If you want to find out more about the Magic that I do, where, when, how and with who then get in touch... I would be more than happy to share.

Eggbeer Farm

My God Mother's farm is a great place to stay if your looking for a country break with a touch of eccentricity. Eggbeer farm and its occupants have been in my life for as long as I can remember and have enriched me with many fond memories. I was recently there taking photos for a magazine but a couple of years ago I took my video camera and made a mini film of the place. You can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxV_CSH7e-0

Beat the traffic with a Jet

How to beat the London Underground... private jet all the way baby. I flew on this bird from Spain to Morocco on a little investment trip. Of course we avoided customs and were met by a blacked out Mercedes on the tarmac. The hostess was pretty hot too!

Official New Olimpic Sport... Rabbit Riding

BoingBoing in action was a real treat to see! When I saw Ralph Winger jump on and grab the ears off this bouncer I knew he had a good chance of being picked for the Olimpic team. I had a go too... I thought I knew how to ride but this put a whole new perspective on things. BoingBoing here has the record number of clear runs in the Big Bunny League and can jump up to 50 meters!

My 30th Birthday Party!

A few pikkies from my 30th party. It was a huge success and the sheep was an instant hit. We had a Pinata, a creative area, and lots of side attractions besides. I am writing this two days later from my bed! My legs are still acheing (My whole body in fact) and I have a really bad cold :( But.... it was worth it! Some friends were sadly missed but the ones who were there will hopefully remember this party for ever.

I've been framed

On paying Portobello a merry visit on Saturday with Mr. Matt we came across this fabulous regal frame.... in a BIN!
We continued along our journey and attracted much attention both from tourists and locals who took many pictures of our picture. This photo was taken by a film maker called Simon who has just been exhibiting some of his short films at the Berlin Film Festival. This was also his first visit to London and it was a pleasure to show him something slightly diffrent on his trip... thanks for the picture Simon!

Olimpic Emotion at the future site!

As some of you will know I am currently residing on the future site of the Olimpic Stadium for 2012... I went for a stroll in the Sunshine today and took my camera with me. Here are some of the things I saw. I feel this gives another side to the Olimpic bid story and reflects a mood that is a little somber and in some case angry. Prehaps the Olimpics is a good thing in the sense that it will create movement and change but some of the buisness's here are bound to suffer as a result. Its like putting the whole area into a "Mayfair" Status... Rents increase and tennants suffer, while Landlords and property owners wallow in instant riches. I am on the fence... although sooner or later I know that I will have to move on too.

Home Gym!

Instead of joining a gym I thought I would give the trapeese a go but didn't relise just how tough it is... I usually do half an hour of juggling to warm up and then play on this thing! Hanging upside down hurts the most and hanging by your feet... well I leave that to the professionals!

Prince Akhmed banned from Trafalger Square!

Here are some stills from the latest adventures of Prince Akhmed. Joined by the Captain of the Royal Guard, General Slumpvik and two of my wives we drifted around London causing a bit of a stir. Here is a snippit of the General announcing my arrival at Trafalger Square and another of us being asked to leave by security! Their grounds were that we were in costume attrating attention to ourselves with a magaphone without written permission! We did of course stay in characture throughout the conversation, joined by a group of teenage girls who rose to our defense that this was our traditional dress and then he started insulting them... there will be many more episodes of Prince Akhmed so watch this space!

Greetings from Bulgaria!

Just a quick note from the deepest ***KING Bulgaria!

I'm in deep.... real deep! Even the sheep hide around here!

In brief...

Took a journey to Bulgaria with a friend who just bought a 6 bedroom house for £16k...

Spent 6 hours in Hungrey mostly at the airport... hired a car in Sofia, Bulgaria and drove for hours and hours to the East... We were stopped by the police for speeding twice and had to pay a "Comprimise" the first time and got let off the second as by then the local police had been befrended... In fact we were staying with his family! Managed to get a flat tyre and I changed it with the help of my Bulgarian assistant, Evo the Dwarf... he is a great guy and has made a little house with little doors and everything!
The policeman drive to a garage to get the tyre fixed... he broke the speed limit by nearly double without seatbelts and the tyre cost about two quid to fix!

I lost my mind and wrote the following after the trip!....

Just a quick mail to let you know I am still alive and actually managed to catch two Bulgarian Dwarfs on my hunting expedition....
It was hard work but after slaying three Dragons (one was bigger than a Heletrumpus) and befrending a heard of Gypsies who lent me a flying goat I finally managed it.

I sold them at the Mangle Market for two pieces of gold which I was advised to take to the highest mountain and plant 7 inches into soft soil and then wait for a giant golden tree to appear and once climbed it would lead me to a magic land wherein I would find lots of pretty things to play with and many enchanting folicalls to fumble with!...... sadly I think I was given the wrong gold as when planted nothing happened and I came home...

Ah well!

Russia Tour 2005

In brief;
I flew to Beslan in Russia with fellow performers "Devil stick Peat", Pablo and our fantastic leader Simon who organised the trip with the aid of Amra and Madina... Two wonderfull girls!
Moscow was cold and I bought 8 hats and bribed a policman 500 Rubles outside the Kremlin in Red square. The 6 flights in as many days were smooth although I had a cold for the last three and had to ask for second helpings. A fat miserable woman sat next to me on one and told me to sit still... when her meal came her fold down table broke and she had to move, never to return!
We were adopted by the local mafia who ended up firing a gun out of the car window... we were driven up to the mountains in the dark to see the mass grave from the plague and chased by a wolf along a track full of boulders with a sheer drop to one side. We performed for over 2000 Kids around the town of Beslan in 7 schools and paid our respects to the ones who lost their lives last September.
I met some of the most wonderfull people on Earth.

This is a photo I took from the plane as I left Beslan... they say a picture speaks a thousand words!

How about a million?

The Brighton Residence

I spent three crazy years here in a georgous flat with an ever changing view. Bowling in the summer and kite surfing all year round. There is much debate about the stones on Brighton beach... are they natural or did the Prince Regent have them specially bought in!? I know the truth... haha!!
